MOLD POLICY for Puzzle Tumblers LLC.

Refunds will NOT be issued on any Puzzle Tumblers Molds for any user error that may occur.  Puzzle Tumblers has tutorials in the Facebook Group Page that shows how to properly care for, use, and clean your molds. 

As soon as your order arrives it is the purchaser's responsibility to review and inspect all products (molds) for imperfections and/or defects and to report them within 7 days in accordance with our Shipping/Return Policy at: https://www.puzzletumblers.com/pages/shipping-returns 

Any mold defects, rips, tears, imperfections on a mold reported AFTER a mold has been used will NOT BE REFUNDED or EXCHANGED.
