Shipping & Returns/Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING:
  • Current processing time is 2-4 days business days after payment is received (not including weekends). *I will do my best to get your orders processed and shipped as soon as possible.
  • Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days after it has been processed. Puzzle Tumblers LLC cannot control postal delivery delays once your items have been shipped. Puzzle Tumblers LLC is not responsibile for any shipping delays, mis-deliveries, damages, or packages that get lost in transit.  
  • It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you pay for USPS Priority Shipping which comes with both Tracking AND Insurance for your order which will assist in the case that your order is lost or arrives damaged.
  • ALL ordered that ship with UPS already come with insurance and tracking information.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided on ALL shipments.
  • Shipping time of 2-5 days (via USPS) is IN ADDITION to the processing time (noted above).
  • Shipping is via USPS Priority & UPS and is based on weight and dimensional size (HxLxW).
  • Shipping outside of the US will have an additional fee (*USPS/UPS rates)
  • Puzzle Tumbers does ship internationally.
  • Local Pick-Up is AVAILABLE! Puzzle Tumblers is in Killeen, Texas. If you are local (ie: Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Belton, Temple, or surrounding city/county) and want to save money on shipping, just choose the local pick-up option instead of shipping at 'check out'. Puzzle Tumblers will email you to arrange a 'pick-up' appointment at a location in Killeen, Texas.
  • CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTIENTAL UNITED STATES: Please email puzzletumblersllc@gmail.com to discuss what you would like to order. We will be able to prepack, weigh, and help give the exact total for the cost of shipping before you place your order.
RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL once you have placed an order. No REFUNDS will be issued.
  • Puzzle Tumblers is not able to modify, edit, or add to orders once they have been placed due to the efficiency in which we get our orders filled.
  • Puzzle Tumblers will NOT accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the item you purchased is defective. 
  • ANY damages that are incurred during shipment (via UPS or USPS) is NOT the responsibility of Puzzle Tumblers.  All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance AND a claim must be filed (by YOU, the customer) within 30 days of arrival with either UPS or USPS.  Puzzle Tumblers can assist to follow up once a claim has been submitted BUT Puzzle Tumblers cannot open or file a claim on your personal behalf. Reimbursement is directly mailed to the customer from UPS or USPS, once the claim is approved. Puzzle Tumblers LLC, does not directly reimburse the customer for items that are damaged during shipment.
  • If you are missing an item OR receive a defective item in your order, please contact Puzzle Tumblers at puzzletumblersllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Defective item(s) must include: your name, invoice number, a photo(s) of the item, and description of the defective item.
  • Defective items will be issued a replacement or store credit.
  • NOTE: Damaged or defective items, which have been customized will not receive a credit or replacement.
  • MOLD POLICY for Puzzle Tumblers LLC. Refunds will NOT be issued on any Puzzle Tumblers Molds for any user error that may occur.  Puzzle Tumblers has tutorials in the Facebook Group Page that shows how to properly care for, use, and clean your molds. As soon as your order arrives it is the purchaser's responsibility to review and inspect all products (molds) for imperfections and/or defects and to report them within 7 days in accordance with our Shipping/Return Policy at: https://www.puzzletumblers.com/pages/shipping-returns .  Any mold defects, rips, tears, imperfections on a mold reported AFTER a mold has been used will NOT BE REFUNDED or EXCHANGED.
Please allow 24 hours for a response to your inquiry.  Puzzle Tumblers is CLOSED on Sundays.
